2 beds, any extra guests must be pre-approved

Grill is available in common area on property - not allowed in unit or on balcony

HOA covenants do NOT allow for pets for renters.

Sleeping area is on 2nd floor within unit that does not have elevator capability. 

We are parents to a teen and pre-teen who love to travel as much as we do.
